At-a-Glance 👀
Neatlist is a specialized job portal designed to connect cleaners with job opportunities ranging from deep cleaning to carpet cleaning. As a UX designer, my role was to create an intuitive and user-friendly platform that caters to the needs of both job posters and cleaners while ensuring a seamless experience throughout.
Problem
Employers face a big challenge when they want to hire a cleaning professional. They need someone they can trust to come into their home, someone who's been background-checked and is reliable. On the other side, cleaning professionals have their struggles. They want to find good jobs that are close to them, where they can travel easily. They also want to be able to communicate with employers easily and find jobs that fit their schedules.
👉 In a world of cleaning, trust is key for employers, while convenience is essential for cleaners.
Solution
Neatlist provides a solution by offering a platform where employers can easily find trustworthy cleaners with background checks. Cleaners can access reliable jobs tailored to their location and schedule. Seamless communication tools ensure a convenient connection between employers and cleaning professionals.
