At CREX, we believe that the user experience is of utmost importance. When we evaluated the website, we found that it did not align with the brand's identity and did not provide the same seamless experience as their highly popular mobile app, which has over 1 crore downloads. As a result, we decided to undertake a redesign of the website to improve the user experience and better align the website with our brand values and aesthetic. We wanted the website to be just as user-friendly and feature-rich as our mobile app, and to provide a consistent brand experience across all platforms. Through the redesign process, we focused on making it easy for users to access key features and information, and on creating a design that resonated with our target audience. Ultimately, the goal of the redesign was to create a website that our users would find valuable, engaging, and enjoyable to use.
