Data requests dropped from 10 to 12 days to just 30 minutes. Approvals went from 3 to 5 days down to an average of 5 minutes. Seven separate apps became one. I saw users experience this firsthand during testing sessions.
Stakeholders tracked €130,000 in monthly savings across the organization. Application analytics completed the picture: 70% adoption within three months, full adoption by six.

Lead UX/UI designer working with one backend developer, one frontend developer, and one product manager.
A Fortune 500 company needed their teams to access data, connect with colleagues, and get work done. Instead, they were losing days navigating fragmented systems. The cost was mounting in time, money, and frustration.
Something had to change.
Process
I began with conversations. Stakeholder interviews surfaced the symptoms, so I organized an in-person design workshop to uncover the root problems. Then I spoke with 20 people across the organization: data specialists, team members, and department leads. I listened to how they actually work.
Those insights shaped everything that followed. I developed personas, mapped user flows, and built prototypes that I tested with real people. Each round of feedback brought me closer to the right solution.
