As a Creative Designer on the Marketing Team at Rodeo Software, I was responsible for leading the visual design process for all paid media assets, translating strategic goals into compelling visuals that aligned with the brand’s identity. My role involved creating concepts, iterating designs based on feedback, and delivering high-quality assets optimized for various platforms, including static banners, motion graphics, and responsive ads. Working closely with the Content Writer and Paid Media Specialist, I ensured the visuals complemented the messaging and were tailored to each platform’s requirements. Under the guidance of the Marketing Director, I aligned creative output with the broader marketing strategy, playing a key role in enhancing engagement and driving campaign success.
