Sendcloud engaged me to design a retargeting campaign for their Pack & Go product. The objective was to re-engage potential customers and drive free trial sign-ups by emphasizing efficiency, automation, and error reduction in the order fulfillment process.

Highlight Pack & Go’s value proposition (reduce errors, streamline fulfillment, save time).
Retain alignment with Sendcloud’s brand identity while elevating the creative direction.
Design campaign assets optimized for different funnel stages and formats.

Clear Messaging – Communicate benefits directly with a professional, solution-driven tone.
Full-Funnel Content – Create carousel ads, static ads, and a landing page to capture leads across different touchpoints.
Conversion-Focused Design – Use strong CTAs (“Try for Free”, “Get Started in Minutes”) and consistent brand visuals across assets.

1. Messaging Framework
Taglines: “Reduce packing errors with Scanner Mode”, “Simplify order fulfillment with Manual Mode.”

2. Funnel Design
Carousel Ads – Feature-driven narrative that demonstrates automation, scanner mode, and smart rules for efficiency. Designed for Instagram carousel placements and LinkedIn campaigns.
UTM Landing Page – Conversion-optimized with multiple CTAs, product features, testimonials, trusted brand logos, and FAQs.
3. Visual Approach
Applied Sendcloud’s brand system of clean typography, bright color palette, and rounded CTA components to ensure a cohesive and professional look. Balanced UI mockups, photography, and icons to keep visuals engaging and aligned across carousel, static, and landing page formats.

Multi-Platform Placement: All static ads were designed and optimized for use across multiple platforms, including Instagram Paid Media, Instagram Stories, and LinkedIn campaigns. This ensured consistent messaging while adapting to the nuances of each format and audience.
A/B Testing: For XXL Nutrition, I designed three static ad variations with slight differences in layout, visual emphasis, and supporting copy. These were deployed to test which combination of message and design resonated most with the audience, allowing data-driven optimization for engagement and conversion.
