Ø Supervise all activities (Plantation, Sowing Dibbling, Check Dams, Nurseries and Enclosure etc) of 10-Billion Tree Program using GIS.

Additional Charge of Admin: -

Ø Supervise all regular accounting processes, Budget, accounts and Journal Entries plus monthly Progress Report.

Ø Organize all division financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.

Ø Analyze and forecast financial requirements for the Project in Division.

Ø Supervise and ensure the efficient working of all financial transactions in division.

Ø Internal office inspection and Audit at Divisional Level of the Project.

Ø Administrated all data of the division procedures quarterly in financial year.

Ø Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.

Ø Preparation of PC-I for New Project (Head wise detail of financial and physical on yearly basis).

Ø Preparation of all reports of the 10- Billion Tree Program.

Ø Supervise all Administerial Work in the Division.
