Lori Adam provides lead management services for business coaches with Facebook groups. She needed a landing page that clearly explains her service offering while convincing the audience that it is the best option for their situation. I wanted to give her an idea for how to format the copy, so I created a mock-up in Canva.

Lead management is not a service that everyone has come across or fully understands, so my first priority was to explain its definition and benefits briefly and clearly.

The second challenge was to convince the audience that hiring Lori is better than trying to diy. I tackled this by outlining the problems solo coaches might be facing, and how Lori would come alongside them as a trusted assistant.

Finally, I used friendly language to show that Lori cares about the people she works with. Her original landing page came across as more sales-oriented than people-oriented, but her target audience would not by persuaded by such tactics. Instead, I wrote the new sales page to appeal to caring, client-focused coaches.
