What if an AI interface could feel as engaging as the ideas created through it?

Modo is a AI product that helps people turn ideas into apps, websites, and digital experiences. I created a short motion design piece to explore how thoughtful animation can make an AI product feel more tangible, intuitive, and engaging.

AI products often rely on static interfaces to communicate their capabilities. I wanted to explore how motion could bridge the gap between a simple prompt and the possibilities behind it.

The goal was to create a compact product teaser that communicates the experience quickly, without overwhelming the viewer with unnecessary details.

I built the animation around a simple interaction: an idea becomes a prompt, references are added, and the interface comes to life.

Visual storytelling: Used concise messaging to establish the product's purpose.

Interface animation: Animated the prompt field, image inputs, and interactive elements to create a believable product experience.

Motion and transitions: Used carefully timed movements, easing, and transitions to maintain a smooth visual rhythm.

Visual direction: Combined a dark interface with warm amber lighting to create a distinctive, cinematic aesthetic.
