Hammr is a YC-backed startup offering a 360° SaaS platform to streamline project management and HR operations in the construction industry. It covers payroll, scheduling, time tracking, benefits, and much more from one centralized interface.

I built on their existing branding by setting up a comprehensive design system and leading a full redesign. The goal was to make the product easier to use and bring it up to modern accessibility and UX standards.

After this (big) first phase, I partnered with the founders to expand the platform with key new features, driving real value for their clients and making their product indispensable.

I ended up designing 500 screens over the course of several months.
