💡 A little Background: The client, a communication coach, sought to enhance his social media presence and establish himself in the Lisbon Community and beyond.

🎯 Client Goals: His goals were to drive online coaching bookings and expand his reach to host in-person events. With limited time and expertise, he needed a comprehensive solution to leverage his existing content and launch a cohesive social media and YouTube strategy.

👩🏽‍💻 My Role: Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, Copywriter, and Lead Generation Consultant.

✨Solution:

I developed and executed a 3-month social media strategy tailored to his goals:

Conducted a content audit to identify high-performing content and areas for improvement.

Delivered monthly content calendars with detailed plans, including captions, hashtags, hooks, CTAs, and stories.

Created 8 Reels and 4 posts per month, plus 2 YouTube videos per month, with captions for all content.

Managed scheduling and posting across platforms.

Collaborated closely with the client to ensure alignment with his vision, while leaving room for spontaneous input and ideas.

🚀 Impact:

The results exceeded expectations, including:

Follower Growth: From 2,023 to 2,458 followers in 3 months.

Engagement: 200% increase in engagement, with 400% more non-followers reached.

Audience Reach: Content reached 80%+ new audiences (a 76% increase).

Lead Generation: 33% increase in external link taps, leading to 100+ new leads.

Reel Performance: Views jumped from 500–700 to 2,500–7,000; one viral Reel hit 194,000 views, was saved 4,700 times, and brought in 200+ followers.

Client Success: Two months post-project, the client was fully booked with a waitlist and has since hosted regular in-person events and guest-speaking engagements.
