💡 A little Background: The client, a service provider in the field of law, came to me with a common issue: feeling like marketing just wasn’t delivering results. With a one-person marketing team and no structured approach, most clients came through referrals, and organic channels like Instagram and YouTube underperformed. They believed in marketing’s potential but ✨ needed guidance to unlock it
🎯 Client Goals: The client aimed to improve their marketing strategy, generate quality leads, increase organic growth, and implement a structured, effective approach to lead generation through content and paid ads.
👩🏽‍💻 My Role: As a marketing consultant, I brought clarity and structure to their marketing, starting with organic growth and later transitioning to paid advertising for lead generation.
Tools & Skills Used: Wix, Canva, Zoho, Meta Ads, SimilarWeb, Semrush, CapCut, YouTube Studio, Munch.
✨ Solution:
Together with the internal marketing team, we developed a 2-phase plan to effectively scale their organic platforms and move into paid advertising with a strong foundation:
Phase 1: Building the Foundation with Organic Marketing
Created a consistent cross-platform content calendar that was tailored to attract new audiences (Social Media, YouTube, Blog, Email Marketing, LinkedIn)
Consistent branding and content strategy, repurposing content across platforms
Grew Instagram from 700 to 2,000+ followers and doubled YouTube subscribers
Launched a blog, optimized SEO score, boosting website traffic by 367% within three months
Website improvements, creating clear service pages, contact forms and a clear flow to facilitate lead conversion
Streamlined operations with a Notion-based marketing hub and monthly analytics reports as a guide for future strategies
2. Phase 2: Strategic Paid Advertising for Lead Generation
Promoting selected services with Meta Advertising, creating strong ad creatives with biggest pain points for potential new clients
Landing page strategy with clear, tailored message and an attractive lead magnet
Leads were funneled into a CRM with a strategically designed email flow to nurture them into clients
Generated 47 high-quality leads within a month, converting 23 into clients, with a cost-per-lead of $16.70 - less than one-third of the industry standard.
