Personal Branding and Visual Identity Kickoff for Entrepreneur

💡 A little Background: The client, a coach for entrepreneurs, had recently started her business and was ready to ✨ translate her vision into a cohesive brand identity ✨. She wanted her brand to reflect her personality—elegant, powerful, feminine, and deeply connected to nature.

🎯 Client Goals: She didn’t know how to turn her ideas into tangible assets. She also sought guidance on content planning and strategies to confidently launch her business and attract clients.

👩🏽‍💻 My Role: Brand Consultant, Photographer, Website Designer, and Visual Identity Creator.

Tools & Skills Used: Squarespace, Canva, Notion, Photography, Content Strategy.

I worked closely with the client to bring her vision to life, creating a strong foundation for her business:

Branding Assets: Developed a cohesive visual identity, including a custom color palette (main colors: khaki and lilac), logo, and font selections.

Content Templates: Designed Canva templates for social media posts and stories to ensure consistent branding.

Strategic Planning: Built a personalized Notion template to help her plan and organize her content strategy effectively.

Photography: Conducted a "Jungle in the city"-themed personal branding photoshoot in an indoor garden. The shoot reflected her connection to nature and Costa Rican background, aligning seamlessly with her brand colors and style.

Website Design: Designed and implemented a Squarespace website that showcased her services and personality. (Copywriting was completed by the client to ensure brand voice is her own.)

Challenges Overcome: The client knew what she wanted but lacked clarity on how to build a brand from scratch. I guided her through the process, helping her understand what assets she needed and how to translate her vision into a tangible brand identity.

Organic Growth: Her social media account grew to 1,500+ followers within a year, engaging a community aligned with her vision.

Brand Confidence: The client reported a significant boost in confidence, enabling her to market herself effectively and approach clients with ease.
