Content Writer | White Paper Writer - Brayn CX

The CEO of Brayn CX (brayncx.com) wanted to create content in the form of blogs and whitepapers for the site to help attract B2B clients. Brayn CX is a business process outsourcing company (think offshore call centers) that provides customer support, chat, and AI-powered Customer Service for large companies.

The short project consisted of over 10 pieces of long-form articles and whitepapers to distribute and promote this new brand.

I started with keyword research to target CMOs, CX Directors, and other stakeholders of Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Support.

We used research and examples from the business to drive home that Brayn CX has helped other Fortune 500 companies and can do so with yours.

The company saw a 20% increase in leads after posting content and distribution. The white papers and blog content was also used for additional social media posts and email content, providing maximum value from each.
