Role: Product Designer Platform: Mobile The Problem A lot of people still face friction when trying to get the medications they need, long wait times, unclear inventory, and platforms that make the process harder instead of easier. PharmEase set out to simplify that experience by creating a smooth, reliable way for users to request, track, and manage prescriptions all in one place.

The Goal PharmEase is a digital health platform designed to streamline how users access prescriptions and pharmacy services. I led the end-to-end product design, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and handoff. The focus was on building a clear, trustworthy, and mobile-first experience that works well in low-bandwidth environments.

Solution The experience was designed mobile-first, with careful attention to responsive layout, readability, and visual cues that support trust and ease of use, especially for users who may not be tech-savvy. Everything was structured in a flexible Figma system, with smooth developer collaboration from start to handoff.
