ParallelScore Website Redesign

The original site functioned, but it lacked soul. It didn’t capture our personality, our attention to detail, or the clarity we strive for in our work. It felt more like a generic template than a reflection of our identity. For a studio rooted in thoughtful design, that disconnect mattered. So I rebuilt it, not just to work better, but to feel personal
Role: Product Designer
Platforms: Mobile & Web responsive
Client: ParallelScore LTD
Understanding The Challenge The previous experience lacked structure and clarity. It was overwhelmed instead of guided, a tangle of content without rhythm or hierarchy. Users couldn’t easily find work that resonated, and the interface diluted the very story we wanted to tell.
Rather than patch the flaws, I reframed the challenge: How should users feel while exploring our work? The answer would guide every decision from that point forward. Defining The Direction
I moved beyond basic usability goals and leaned into emotion, tone, and intent. The aim wasn’t just clarity; it was character.
Three guiding principles shaped the direction:
Reduce friction, simplify paths, and clean up noise
Clarify navigation, guide discovery with purpose
Elevate the brand; make every detail feel intentional
The result? A space that feels human, expressive, and unmistakably aligned with our design values. Outcomes & Takeaways This wasn’t just a visual refresh; it was a reset in how we communicate. The new experience is clearer and easier to navigate, but more than that, it feels right.
It earns trust through clarity. It expresses care through subtle motion and behavior. And it finally feels like the kind of experience a design studio should have: thoughtful, human, and deeply intentional
