I craft techpacks for various leather products including footwear, apparel, bags, keychains, foot accessories (e.g. socks, etc), jackets, vests, and clutches. Each tech pack provides comprehensive technical drawings from different views and angles, ensuring the production team fully understands the design's components and sequence.
Process
-The initial step is to gather the client's manual or digital drawings of the product. they provide their material choice/swatches, research/mood boards, color palette, prototype samples (if any), target audience information, stitching techniques details, and ornamentation details (e.g. additional materials such as buckles, velcro straps, studs or rivets, etc). This information is gathered to precisely demonstrate the specs and features of the product specifically for the production and development department of the brand. These tech packs ensure accurate production with detailed and precise technical drawings.
-Corel Drawx4 software is used to create digital techpacks detailing materials, closures, techniques, ornamentation, and design structure.
