At the heart of our journey lies a profound passion for pets and a drive to enhance their care through technological innovation. born from the vision of pet enthusiasts and its experts, we have forged a platform that redefines guest care management.

SCOPE: This project involved a complete redesign of the website’s user interface, including architecture restructuring to enhance the user experience and align with modern standards for the pet industry.

STRATEGY: We focused on two main areas: improving the site’s visual appeal and usability, and reorganising its structure for better navigation and content presentation.

RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS: We began with a comprehensive review of existing pet websites, identifying areas for enhancement. We also conducted market research to uncover the latest trends in pet website design.

DESIGN CONCEPTUALISATION: Using these insights, we developed design concepts, creating wireframes and prototypes. Each design element was crafted to align with paw touch’s branding and meet user expectations.

DEVELOPMENT: During development, we employed an agile approach, incorporating iterative feedback. We utilised the latest web technologies to ensure the website is smooth, responsive, and accessible. to engage users, we adopted a narrative approach, presenting the website's evolution in an engaging way. Each section of the website tells a part of paw touch's story, with interactive elements enhancing user engagement and dynamically conveying information.
