Herenta was born from the need to build the identity of a new real estate investment company focused on long-term value.

From the start, the goal was clear: to create a brand that conveyed stability, calm, and trust; standing apart from the fast-paced, speculative tone common in the industry.

Before designing anything, we defined the brand’s foundation: value over price, quality over quantity, calm over urgency. The result is a brand that feels solid, transparent and conscious; one that grows in meaning over time.

The process began with a strategic workshop exploring “what we are” vs. “what we are not.” From there, core ideas emerged: enduring, knowledgeable, transparent, responsible.

The name Herenta stems from heritage and herencia (inheritance). It captures the idea of something valuable that endures, a legacy built with intention.

Rooted in Mediterranean culture, the name connects the brand to longevity, tradition and thoughtful growth.

The visual identity draws inspiration from Mediterranean architecture, handcrafted tiles and classical geometry.

The logomark, an “H” built from modular symmetry, represents both architectural structure and artisanal detail. Its negative space forms a traditional tile motif, symbolizing heritage and permanence.

Each variation plays with internal forms and colors to represent Herenta’s different investment categories and business areas.

The color palette combines earthy yet elegant tones — deep green, terracotta, brown, golden ochre, and off-white — balancing warmth and sophistication.

From the logo’s structure, a series of modular patterns were developed, inspired by Mediterranean tiles. They bring rhythm and depth to the brand system across both print and digital formats.

Following the brand launch, we designed a temporary website in Framer during a two-day sprint. The goal was to create a minimal digital presence that remained consistent with the identity.
