Cookies by Design is a leading U.S. brand specializing in custom cookie gifts, bouquets, and gourmet treats. The company partnered with me to launch and manage their affiliate program on CJ Affiliate, with the goal of expanding brand reach, recruiting quality affiliates, and driving online sales through strategic partnerships.

Affiliate Program Setup
Created a dedicated affiliate program landing page for recruitment.
Uploaded banners, creatives, and promotional assets aligned with brand guidelines.
Designed program terms, commission structure (15% per sale), and tracking period (60 days).
Creative Asset Development
Designed seasonal and evergreen creatives for affiliate partners (banners, display ads, social media assets).
Developed website promotional graphics to align with affiliate campaigns and special offers.
Ensured all assets followed brand style while being optimized for performance.
Affiliate Recruitment & Outreach
Identified and contacted content creators, influencers, and affiliate partners in the food, lifestyle, and gifting niches.
