To expand PhotoGrid’s affiliate program, recruit high-quality partners, and strengthen brand collaborations to increase user acquisition and brand visibility.

Affiliate Program Management
✅ Handled the outreach and onboarding process for new affiliates.
✅Created affiliate recruitment strategies tailored to PhotoGrid’s audience.
Partnership Outreach & Negotiation
✅ Contacted influencers, content creators, meme pages, and mobile app review blogs.
✅ Crafted engaging outreach messages to maximize response rates.
✅ Negotiated partnership terms and ensured smooth onboarding.
Asset Management
✅ Coordinated with the creative team for banners and promotional materials.
✅ Ensured all marketing assets were aligned with brand guidelines.
Reporting & Optimization
✅ Tracked affiliate performance.
✅ Suggested campaign improvements based on real-time data.
