Education Coaching Center Website in India

This project has a good brand reputation, especially in the parts of Delhi, India, and received a good amount of traffic to their brand keyword. The challenge here is to maintain the website and increase its traffic.

The goal is to maintain the website's performance and enhance it by incorporating blog keywords. Additionally, the website utilizes the Laravel framework, except for the blog section, which is powered by WordPress.

I increased the traffic using extensive keyword research, technical knowledge, and regular backlink building.

The first step is to analyze factors that are working fine and need no tweaks, find important pages that require fixing as high priority based on keyword research, and do blog keyword research to elevate traffic numbers.

Please note that the goal here for the client is not to generate leads and focus more on traffic.

Below are the processes that I implemented to achieve the outcome and are still ongoing.

Analyzed the website using Screaming Frog SEO Spider to track errors and exported the data into Google Spreadsheet. I also took the errors appearing in Google Search Console in the count and arranged them in a hierarchy from top to low priority.

Assigned the errors to the developer and solved basic errors myself, such as adding schema markup, SEO title, H1, H2, and internal linking.

Performed keyword research for the blog, and according to the contract, we are responsible for providing three blogs for the website.

To improve the center page ranking based on location, I again conducted deep keyword research, created a programmatic SEO style approach, and used the same script with the change in content to reduce time and improve efficiency.

Created backlink campaigns, and over time, I built around 20+ backlinks to maintain the rankings.

The website was severely lacking in terms of basic SEO. It had no SEO title, meta description, or H1 in place on any of the pages, including the homepage, service, and blog. These quick fixes were implemented within 3 days, and as a result, the website started receiving more clicks, as indicated by the blue line in the image shared at the top.

The project is still ongoing, and we have improved their traffic from 4,000/month to 5,500/month.

Sustaining an existing project can be even more challenging compared to handling a fresh website.
