🎯 The Mission

For a B2B SaaS tech company, I developed and executed a customer expansion strategy to enhance the adoption of two of their key add-on products. Despite their high perceived value, these products faced low adoption rates due to a lack of promotional support provided to customers. My objective was to bridge this gap and drive higher product utilization.

✨ The Magic

I designed a solution to provide customers with custom-branded promotional assets, including coasters, table tents, posters, digital social media graphics, and business cards. These assets were crafted to help customers effectively promote their new products to their audience. Utilizing email as the primary communication channel, I collaborated with a designer to create engaging and easy-to-use templates, and managed all customer interactions.

📈 The Results

Over the course of the two-month campaign, the initiative resulted in a 1.8x increase in product opportunities and a 1.6x increase in adoption rates compared to the previous period. The campaign generated over $38K in annual contract value, with many clients purchasing multiple products. The success of this campaign led the client’s Customer Success team to replicate the approach to further boost product adoption among their user base.
