To overcome the design limitations of Ecwid's client interface, I integrated Ecwid's storefront and personal cabinet into Tilda's interface. And to unite orders from instagram direct with orders from the site, I additionally implemented the Retail CRM service and set up synchronization of orders, products and customers between Retail CRM and Ecwid via Albato. As a result, shop managers are able to serve all customers in a single interface with no need to switch to Instagram, Ecwid and Tilda.
