Garage brand is a line of stylish and fashionable clothing that combines comfort and high quality. Their very popular Instagram profile
To start with, we decided to choose some software that allows to manage orders and customer base as well as selling positions. After an in-depth analysis of the e-commerce software market, we have chosen Ecwid as e-commerce platform, because it provides the most friendly interface and wide functionality that cover all our needs.
To overcome the design limitations of Ecwid's client interface, I integrated Ecwid's storefront and personal cabinet into Tilda's interface. And to unite orders from instagram direct with orders from the site, I additionally implemented the Retail CRM service and set up synchronization of orders, products and customers between Retail CRM and Ecwid via Albato. As a result, shop managers are able to serve all customers in a single interface with no need to switch to Instagram, Ecwid and Tilda.
E-commerce
Ecwid is an eCommerce platform that provides an interface for building and managing online stores. It offers a user-friendly and intuitive interface, making it convenient for users to set up and operate their online businesses.
Two key features of the Ecwid interface that make it convenient for Garage are:
1. Responsive design: Ecwid offers responsive templates, ensuring that online stores automatically adapt to any device. This responsive design is very important since 90% of traffic comes from Instagram.
2. Drag-and-drop system: Ecwid's interface utilizes a drag-and-drop system, enabling users to easily add or rearrange various elements, such as product images, descriptions, categories, and payment options. This intuitive approach streamlines the store customization process without requiring any coding skills.
Overall, the convenience of Ecwid's interface lies in its simplicity, flexibility and a wide range of features designed for both beginners and advanced users. It allows companies to easily create and manage professional online shops, providing customers with a seamless experience.
Web-site design
We chose a minimalist white theme for the site to minimize distraction from the photo and video content that the company puts so much effort into. Every 1-2 months brand releases a new capsule/collection so we create a section Collections. Almost every collection has a special web-page starting with autoplay looped video works great on any resolution. It looks spectacular and dramatic. I made navigation on the site really easy - the main pages like search, favs, profile and cart all with minimalistic icons and are always on display. There is also chat button to quick contact online manager.
