Project overview

The Barn House Ekb is a guest house with only one house for rent. The owner wanted to use the website as the main source of clients since there is no obligation to pay 15-20% commission for Booking and other similar services. Overall, having your own website for a guest house allows to increase the visibility of your business, facilitate the booking process, increase customer trust and create a positive impression of the offer.

So we decided to start with CRM, which is actually PMS (property management system). After an in-depth analysis of the PMS market, we chose the Realty Calendar (hereinafter referred to as RC) SAAS as the most suitable software in our conditions.

RC is a PMS is a robust property management system that offers a wide range of features to simplify and streamline real estate to effectively manage your property. There are several important modules in it:

Booking calendar helps to manage property showings and appointments. Customer base allows to do marketing things.

Sales channel manager helps to publish rental advertisements on partner sites.

Analytics module includes comprehensive analytics and reporting functionalities. It provides detailed reports on property performance, occupancy rates, rental income and expenses balance, and other important metrics.

Online widget, which is used for online booking on our landing page.

I performed a job that reflects professionalism and attention to detail. The visual design of the website has a modern and stylish look that impresses the visitor at first sight. The most important information is already on the first screen. There are 7 information blocks including photo gallery, prices, description and a map. Since Barn House Ekb is very "instagrammable" place, we use mechanics well known for Instagram users, such as stories gallery (on mobile resolution).

The target button leads visitors to online booking module, where they may check availability on an interactive calendar and book a chosen date. To book online, the visitor has to pay a deposit online and fill in some personal and contact details for further contact with the owner of the house. When a reservation is made, the guest automatically receives confirmation and check-in instructions by email.
