The owner wanted to use the website as the main source of clients since there is no obligation to pay 15-20% commission for Booking and other similar services. The target button leads visitors to online booking module, where they may check availability on an interactive calendar and book a chosen date. To book online, the visitor has to pay a deposit online and fill in some personal and contact details for further contact with the owner of the house. When a reservation is made, the guest automatically receives confirmation and check-in instructions by email.
