This project was to drive sales and revenue for the organization. I handled customer inquiries and sales on various channels through online platforms, physically and on the phone. My achievements on this project and role include;
- Contributing $100,000 in retail revenue
- Identifying, evaluating, and nurturing relationships with a network of business partners for the Wholesale Program. I negotiated deals 10% more effectively than others. Revenues went up +65%.
- Teaching effective listening and selling skills to Online Sales Reps. Sales shot up by 5% in a day
