Yudha Hartono
Project Introduction
In my professional experience, I have handled a project worth more than $100K and was the one who contributed to the Sales and Finance Business Process. My job desk that time was designing the flowchart and introducing the projects to end users, who later would use the product.
Responsibilities
Gathering users' requests, needs, and data flow
Build the Flowchart based on the information
Inform the Flowchart of the vendor
Giving technical training to the users
Maintain good communication with end-users to stay informed about any bugs, malfunctions, etc of the product
Solve a few technical issues from the users during the product trial
Skills
With all those responsibilities, I am confident enough to declare, that I :
am an active listener, who always has a solution for the Client's problem
am a technician, who doesn't build things what you request but also what you need. You could assume it as a consultant who likes to get his hands dirty by working on the project himself and not delegating it to others
am a professional with multiple handy Techstacks. Scripting? Visualization? ETL? ELT? Development? Just name your request!
