ℹ️ About The Project
Miguel came to me with a challenge: “Adriana, how do I create consistent, high-quality, engaging content? I can’t seem to find the time or the energy to do it and I need it to grow my brand online so I can book more speaking engagements. I need a content partner. 🤝 ”
🤝 What We Did
Miguel and I worked together for three months to set up an effective content management system and create high-value content for his LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. The goal was to find a streamlined way to co-create short-form videos that we could then repurpose into other content pieces, such as static posts with quotes.
Here's an example of our monthly process:
Topic Definition
Adriana and Miguel meet to define the monthly topic (e.g., “How to Create a Sense of Belonging at Work”).
2. Knowledge Sharing
Miguel shares his expert knowledge via voice notes or Notion.
3. Script Creation
Adriana creates simple and engaging scripts for the videos using Miguel’s knowledge.
4. Script Review & Recording
Miguel reviews the scripts and meets with Adriana to batch record. Adriana provides best recording practices for Miguel to use later so he can record on his own.
5. Video Editing
Adriana edits the short-form videos, adding captions, visual elements, hooks, music, and calls to action.
6. Content Repurposing
Adriana repurposes videos into additional content pieces, such as static quote posts.
7. Content Upload
Adriana uploads all content to a Content Calendar in Notion.
8. Content Review & Posting
Miguel reviews, approves, and posts the content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
9. Performance Tracking
Adriana tracks weekly performance to gather insights and adjust the content strategy if needed.
10. Repeat Monthly
Adriana and Miguel repeat the process monthly.
✅ Deliverables
I helped him set up a content management system using Notion, where I uploaded a monthly content calendar featuring weekly high-value content pieces (one short-form video and one static post each week). Additionally, I refreshed his LinkedIn profile with a new profile picture and banner, ensuring they aligned with his brand guidelines and value proposition.

📈 Results
Miguel’s videos surpassed his previous average views of < 1,000. Our first short-form video reached 3,000 views and received 26 comments, while another video reached 6,000 views. Through our LinkedIn efforts, his account gained over 1,000 followers, reaching nearly 12,000 during our collaboration. Additionally, I helped him establish a content management system in Notion, created and shared Canva templates for him to reuse, and provided guidance for creating new content on his own.
