Brief
In advance of a new website launch, my client wanted to create a blog page with posts ready to go once live.
For this, they needed help with:
Searching for and hiring a content creator
Planning the full project
Scheduling the launch itself
And other small requirements.
Process
Starting with a comprehensive discussion of the project scope, we came up with a plan, with timeline and delegations that took the company from initial brainstorming of blogs all the way to blog launch and online promotion.
Deliverables
Delivered a full project setup in ClickUp with integration and Zapier automation of TypeForm job application forms.
The project dashboard in ClickUp, so all staff could clearly see the overall progress - fake names for privacy
Gantt Chart of project, including any tasks that were reliant on others plus subtasks
Client's staff preferred a Kanban view, which could be filtered per user to only show their own tasks.
Future scope to add file management system and integration direct with their WordPress site.
