Hit Makers Brand and Website Redesign

Brian Blum has generated over $300M in brand deals, paid $1.5M+ to creators, and built an audience of 100K people who trust him enough to follow his lead. His website was the only thing not keeping pace.

That is not uncommon for operators who are great at their craft. When you are busy building something real, the brand is usually the last thing to get the attention it deserves. Brian knew it was time to fix that.
He came to us with one goal: build a brand and website that finally matched the level he was operating at. What we built was something that does more than match it. It leads with it.

The Problem

High-ticket coaching is one of the most skeptical markets on the internet. Buyers have been burned before. They have seen the guru playbook, the countdown timers, the fake screenshots, the inflated income claims. They have their defenses up before they even land on your page.
Brian had the receipts to back every claim he makes. $100M+ generated. 2.5B views. Real students with real results. But his site communicated none of it. It looked like every other online course that would disappear in six months.
The site was not just underperforming. It was actively undermining him.

The Play

We started with repositioning before we touched a single design file. The core insight: Hit Makers is not a course. It is a filter. The site needed to repel unqualified buyers as hard as it attracted the right ones.
That one shift changed everything — the copy, the structure, the CTA, the visual system. A course says "Sign Up." Hit Makers says "Apply Now." That is not a button change. That is a complete repositioning of what Brian is selling and who gets to buy it.
The brand identity came next. Dark, bold, confident. It needed to feel more like a fight gym than an online course. No gradients, no stock photography, no safe design choices. Every element was built to communicate that this is serious work for serious people.
Then we built the site in Framer around one job: get a qualified creator to submit an application before they talked themselves out of it. Proof up front. Framework in the middle. Social proof throughout. One CTA the entire way down.

How It Works as a System

A creator lands from Brian's social content already warm. The hero confirms they are in the right place and articulates the exact frustration they have been carrying. The proof stack — $100M generated, 2.5B views, $1.5M paid out — converts skepticism into belief. The framework section shows them exactly how Hit Makers works so there are no surprises. The student results section shows people just like them who made the jump. The application CTA filters out anyone who is not serious.
Every section earns the right to the next one. Nobody reaches the CTA without being fully convinced. That is the point.

The Scoreboard

A site that finally matches the operator behind it. A brand that repels the wrong buyers and converts the right ones before a single conversation happens. A high-ticket coaching program that looks like what it actually is: the real deal.
Most creators with Brian's numbers are leaving money on the table because their brand does not communicate what they are worth. Brian is not one of them anymore.
The gap between a coaching program that converts and one that gets ignored is not the quality of the curriculum. It is whether the site makes a skeptical buyer believe before they bounce.
