Onboarding Animation for Carhuntr App

Ahmed, founder of Carhuntr, reached out to me to create an onboarding animation for their mobile app. Carhuntr is an app that helps car enthusiasts and buyers navigate the car marketplace from their phone.

The challenge was designing an animation that would seamlessly tie together the user's alert setup process while data compiled in the background, within the window of just a few seconds. This wasn't about creating something flashy; it was about cementing the onboarding and maintaining momentum at a critical conversion point. The animation needed to feel quick yet calm, giving users that satisfying sense of completion while subtly reinforcing the process just went through.
