Problem - A wellness snack eCommerce start-up looking to super-charge their local footprint while setting the foundation for a scaled national approach.
Action - Developed a quality and convenience based positioning strategy in order to integrate within the local market's consumption trends. From there, leveraged UGC and transparency-focused copy throughout paid social media and SEO to drive eCommerce sales on Amazon. Also conducted consumer research to determine where to scale shipping service area by analyzing geographical sales patterns with AI-assisted consumer models.
Results - Generated over $400K USD in gross sales in the first 6 months since product launch with a 750% increase to sales velocity, 250% increase in conversion rate, and 400% increase in customer lifetime value.
