Problem - A start-up functioning advocacy group needed to grow their consumer digital demand generation with the smallest budget in the past five years.
Action - Developed a national omni-channel digital media plan with a focus on driving consideration. This was accomplished by first optimizing web content to more conversion focused actions and increasing our existing click conversion rate to benchmark. From there, media was integrated based on a back-wards funnel approach to build traffic volume while maintaining benchmark conversion rates. Tactics included: Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
Results - An astonishing 450% increase in YoY conversions on the website (highest recorded) and 15% reduction in the cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
