Project Overview

The iCRM project is a conceptual dashboard designed to streamline customer management and analytics for businesses. The objective was to create a user-friendly platform that simplifies complex CRM tasks while providing powerful data visualization tools. The focus was on delivering an intuitive user experience, effective branding, and ensuring accessibility across all devices.

My Role & Responsibilities

☑️ Wireframes for All Pages:
Objective: To establish a clear and logical structure for the entire iCRM dashboard.
Approach: Created detailed wireframes to map out the flow of each page, ensuring a seamless user experience across the platform. The wireframes were designed to optimize user journeys, making CRM functionalities easily accessible.
☑️ UX/UI Design for CRM Customer Page:
Objective: To design a user-friendly interface specifically for managing customer data within the CRM system.
Approach: Developed a clean, intuitive design in Figma, focusing on usability and efficiency. The design emphasized easy navigation and clear data presentation, enabling users to manage customer information and track interactions effortlessly.
☑️ Mobile Version:
Objective: To ensure the iCRM platform is fully accessible on mobile devices, providing users with on-the-go access to critical information.
Approach: Designed a responsive mobile version that retains all the functionality of the desktop version. The mobile interface was optimized for smaller screens, ensuring that users could manage customer relationships from any device.

Objective: To create a distinctive brand identity for iCRM that reflects its innovative approach to customer management.
Approach: Developed a cohesive branding strategy, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and overall visual style. The branding was crafted to convey professionalism, reliability, and modernity.
☑️ Custom Charts:
Objective: To provide users with powerful data visualization tools that help them make informed decisions.
Approach: Designed custom charts and graphs integrated into the dashboard, allowing users to visualize customer data, sales metrics, and other key performance indicators. These charts were interactive, enabling users to drill down into specific data points for deeper insights.

Challenges & Solutions

Creating a Cohesive User Experience Across Multiple Pages:
