SpotBot is an AI-powered chatbot that enhances customer experiences in the fitness industry through real-time communication. It simplifies class scheduling, product purchases, and direct interactions with gym clients. The entire design was created from scratch, including branding, the chatbot interface, admin dashboard and a SaaS landing page. Gym owners can customize the chatbot’s appearance and settings with a Premium subscription. The solution streamlines operations and boosts customer engagement for fitness businesses.
