Project Introduction

MS Sherpa is a platform designed for home monitoring of multiple sclerosis patients, offering symptom tracking and insights for personalized treatment. The project involved a UI redesign to refresh the platform’s branding with a modern, clean aesthetic. The dashboard's UX was enhanced to provide clearer overviews of patient data and treatment progress. Caregivers can view patient notes entered via a mobile app, ensuring seamless communication. The goal was to empower patients and caregivers with smart features and reminders for optimized treatment.
