This project focused on organizing the onboarding process after a new client or team member enters the workflow. The goal was to reduce scattered information and create a clearer handoff between onboarding meetings, MR planning, and offer preparation.

I built an n8n automation that connected Google Sheets, Slack, and OpenAI. The workflow was designed to collect onboarding inputs, structure the key details, and send the right information into the planning process.

Slack was used to keep internal communication moving, while Google Sheets acted as an accessible workspace for tracking inputs and planning data. OpenAI supported the processing and organization of information where AI assistance was useful.
