As Program Manager, I managed €80,000 budget for a 1-year International Talent Accelerator Program at a multinational company (>75,000 employees).
This involved working with the Global HR team to understand KPIs (diversity, succession, engagement, mobility, talent processes) and developing a fully-virtual program for 36 high-potential / high-performing talent.
The program involved the following:
Virtual training (communication and leadership)
Professional development activities (using the Insights method to understand strengths and communication)
Community building activities
Project-work to solve real-world company challenges (to C-suite and global HR leadership)
