Blawgy is an AI SEO content service that automates daily blog posting for businesses.
I previously worked with the founder on a separate design project. After being satisfied, he reached out not too long after regarding both the web design and development of Blawgy.
Adam, the founder of Blawgy, felt as if the original website looked too bland and boring. He wanted to bring more life + personality to it. Something more fun, vibrant, and something that would stay in the mind of visitors. This became the main goal.
Design Process
Step 1: Competitor + Audience Research
Adam provided me with a brief list of competitors. I did in-depth research on them to see their strengths, weaknesses, and how I could position Blawgy as the superior service.
Research on the needs of target audience(s) was also conducted to see what they REALLY wanted out of a service like Blawgy.
Step 2: Iterative Design Process + Feedback
After gathering all necessary information, I hopped straight into the design process.
Adam was given 24-48 hour updates as progress was made, giving room for feedback + input, until the design was complete.
Step 3: Webflow Development
After the website design was approved (and delivered in Figma), development began in Webflow.
Once the site was fully developed, it was transferred to Adam’s workspace in Webflow.
Solutions
Fun, Memorable Design: The final design had a mix of a vibrant, fun personality while still being conversion-focused and easy-to-follow.
Benefit-Oriented Sections: Using user persona/target audience pain points, I intentionally designed sections to address each/every problem they may have in order to win them over.
Competitor Comparison: To win over the appeal of visitors, I included a comparison table that positioned Blawgy being superior than competitors in aspects such as pricing, time of delivery, quality, etc.
Individual Blog Pages: I designed/developed the CMS template for the blog articles on the Blawgy website so examples of blog quality could be shown on the website.
Results + Conclusion
Adam was absolutely satisfied with both design and development of the entire Blawgy website.
