This project was for an AI-based legal research startup focusing on the state trial court system. They aim to make legal documents more accessible, providing valuable insights and data to legal professionals.
Outline:

The Problem

Trellis Law faced several challenges with their social media presence:
They had no cohesive messaging across channels.
They only had a LinkedIn account and weren't leveraging other social platforms where their audience lives.
They had not established a target audience or personas.
They had no strategy and were just blind posting.

The Strategy:

To address these issues, I developed a comprehensive social media strategy where I:
Conducted competitive research to understand the landscape and identify opportunities.
Created branded templates to ensure a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
Researched influencers to find the best partners for collaborations.
Established target audience personas to guide content creation and engagement.
Once I established the strategy, I managed the account for over a year, leveraging a mix of organic content, paid influencer campaigns, and paid social ads on LinkedIn.

Results:

Additional results:

Increased web visits from around 9K visits per quarter to exceeding 70K visits from organic social efforts.
Generated an average of 60 new contacts per month.
Launched LinkedIn Newsletter and gained over 500 subscribers within the first 3 editions being launched.
