We exceeded our guest attendance expectation, reaching 250+ guests throughout the night, to help us celebrate the brand's 1-year anniversary. It was a crash course in venue scouting, vendor negotiations, run-of-show documents, creative direction—all on a tight budget.
The planning culminated in a vibrant fiesta with Mariachis and Bossa Nova musicians, Samba dancers, an artist corner, and a seemingly endless flow of culinary favorites including ceviche, empanadas, a classic Chilean cake and late night to honor la hora loca.
