I provided comprehensive Branding and Amazon design services to The Bag Crew, a leading seller of premium quality bags on Amazon.
Our collaboration encompassed logo creation, Amazon product listing enhancement, and Amazon A+ content design across their diverse product lines.

The Challenge

The Bag Crew faced the challenge of intensifying competition in the Amazon marketplace.
With their exceptional bags, they needed to stand out amidst a sea of similar products and strengthen their brand identity.
My task was to help them achieve these goals and maintain their status as a top Amazon seller.

Logo Design

Started with the new logo design to differentiate the Amazon marketplace, and define its Identity,
I created multiple iterations of the logo, with different concepts to show and educate the client about how a logo should be and its purpose.

After making the logo, we went ahead to design the images for the Amazon listings. we researched from a big pool of listings and found out, that not many people are giving much attention to their product listing pictures. We got a serious opportunity here, and I started working on it immediately.
The initial images that the client gave us were shot via his smartphone in his office. So the image quality was decent, and I had to create something creative out of it. Here are some image samples I got from the client:

With this, my work started, and I spent 1-2 days researching, to come up with an eye-catching and intriguing design.
The target here was to attract the parents of small kids, who will be attracted by the looks and imagery of the bag. So, it was important to use punchy colors and, big feature sections in the image, choosing to show off the product's features more prominently, and making aesthetics and useability take a back seat. While the design I created got instantly approved, I did have to make some minor changes in the data of the bag and the content the client wanted to showcase. This product was listed in Jan 2023, and till now it has sold 1000+ units and achieved INR 500k+ in revenue. This was the first big product that I helped launch. After that we launched a lot of products, all with different approaches and styles, to attract the target audience effectively.

These are some of the images, of their custom products, there were over 50 distinct products that I worked on. Till now, the Bag Crew has sold over 20000+ products and generated over INR 25mn+ in revenue, using the creative I made, on various networks like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc
