Redesigning the digital touchpoints for the Botanical Garden across web and mobile platforms. This final project awarded a score of 89/100 ackles the challenge
Central Botanical Garden: A Digital Transformation
Role: Lead UX/UI Designer & UX Writer
Timeline: Graduation Project (Final Year)
Result: 89/100 Grade
The Challenge
The Central Botanical Garden lacked a cohesive digital presence. The goal was to bridge the gap between a physical nature experience and a digital interface, creating a cross-platform system (Web & Mobile) that felt as organic and serene as the garden itself.
The Solution
I developed a minimalist digital ecosystem using a soft, nature-inspired palette and clean typography. The redesign focused on:
Intuitive Wayfinding: A mobile-first approach to help visitors navigate the gardens in real-time.
Information Architecture: Simplifying complex plant databases into digestible, visually engaging layouts.
Consistent Branding: Ensuring a high-end, premium feel across both web and mobile touchpoints to elevate the garden’s prestige.
Impact & Reflection
This project tested my ability to handle complex data sets while maintaining a high visual standard. Achieving an 89/100, the project was recognized for its technical execution and the seamless integration of user-centric UX writing.
