Case Study: Buyur App – Travel Module (Product Design)
Buyur is a multi-service super app that brings several products together in a single platform.
I worked on Buyur as a Product Designer, contributing to both UX and UI across the product.
The project duration was 4 months, and my primary responsibility was the Travel module, focused on tour discovery and booking.

UI design and visual direction
Creating a UI kit and reusable components
Collaborating closely with developers during implementation

Problem Statement
As a super app, Buyur included multiple services, which created a key challenge:
Ensuring the Travel module remained visible and discoverable
Presenting tours clearly on the homepage without overwhelming users
Designing a booking flow that felt simple despite product complexity
Design Goals
Clearly showcase tours on the homepage
Place strong and intuitive CTAs to drive bookings
Translate the tour booking process into a clean, user-friendly flow
Maintain consistency with the overall super app ecosystem
UX Process
1. Research & Discovery
Conducted user surveys to understand travel booking behaviors
Analyzed user expectations and decision-making patterns
Performed SWOT analysis to identify opportunities within the travel domain
2. Structure & Flow Design
Defined key user flows for tour discovery and booking
Prioritized content placement on the homepage
Simplified steps in the booking process to reduce friction
UI Design & System
Designed high-fidelity UI screens for the Travel module
Built a UI kit to ensure consistency and scalability
Applied clear visual hierarchy to highlight tours and CTAs
Balanced promotional content with usability
Developer Collaboration
Worked closely with developers throughout the implementation phase
Ensured design feasibility and smooth handoff
Provided design support during development to maintain quality
