Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot accounts
2. Maintains revenue for the department
3. Train and coach agents
4. Make sure that team leaders, QA, researchers are doing their tasks
5. Give out exciting promos/incentives to agents
6. Cater client's concern
7. Update daily, weekly and monthly reports for the department
8. Make sure that the department has enough manpower
9. Responsible of taking in agents and dropping them in case they do not
perform accordingly in a given period of time.
