and move outs.
2. Coordinate with different Department for utilities and maintenance issue
3. Manage vendors appfolio information
4. Encode new sales leads from sales team department for possible prospect
5. Manage contractors who does renovation and remodelling.
6. Check lease agreement and encode to appfolio
7. Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers for construction and repairs
8. Coordinate with the Project Manager and the subconractors
