The Neuroscience of Inclusion: eLearning Course

As the primary instructional designer and eLearning developer for this project, I developed a 3-series eLearning course on the science of inclusion using Articulate Rise, Canva, and Vyond as my primary tools.







The course simplified the science of why inclusion matters, what the experience of exclusion does to our brains, and why it feels so bad.









Through deep self-reflection and reality-based scenarios, the course helped learners develop meaningful skills for inclusive behavior in the workplace using the SCARF model by the Neuroleadership Institute.
