WooCommerce (WordPress) & ShipStation Sync/ Integration

I completed a project integrating WooCommerce with ShipStation, ensuring that specific order data (like subscription details) flows seamlessly between the two platforms. In WooCommerce, I set up a custom field called order_count_summary to track each customer’s active subscription count, as shown in Screenshot 1. Then, using a custom mapping process, I configured ShipStation to pull this data and display it under Custom Field clearly visible in the above screenshot. This streamlined setup allows store owners to view crucial subscription information at a glance, reducing manual effort and improving overall order fulfillment accuracy.
