I had the opportunity to work with an e-commerce brand in the home goods industry. The brand had a proven product line but wanted to scale their Facebook Ads campaign to reach new heights. 🎯The goal was to achieve a $5,000 daily ad spend within 30 days while maintaining a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) above 1.8. The Project:

• Requirements: $5,000/day ad spend in 30 days

To achieve this, I implemented a 4-phase approach™:

1. Testing Ads ($300/day)
2. Calibrating Campaigns ($1,300+/day)
3. Mass Scaling ($2,700+/day)
4. Reaching the Goal ($5,000+/day)

My 4-Phase Approach™:

Phase 1: Testing Ads ($300/day – Day 1)

• Created 3-4 ads with different targeting options for 4 client avatars
• Identified the average customer's image to target
• Excluded purchases from the last 30 days for every audience

Phase 2: Calibrating Campaigns ($1,300+/day – Day 2 through Week 2)

• Optimized ad performance based on data from the testing phase
• Adjusted targeting, ad creatives, and budgets to improve ROAS
• Scaled ad spending gradually while maintaining profitability

Phase 3: Mass Scaling ($2,700+/day – Week 2-3)

• Aggressively scaled ad spend on top-performing ad sets
• Continued to optimize targeting, creatives, and placements
• Monitored ROAS closely to ensure profitability

Phase 4: Reaching the Goal ($5,000+/day – Week 3-4)

• 🏆 Successfully achieved the $5,000 daily ad spend target
• Maintained a ROAS above 1.8 throughout the scaling process
• Continued to optimize and refine the campaign for long-term success
