Supportive Hand is a global nonprofit organization aiming to provide food, shelter, and emergency aid to those in need. The goal of this project was to redesign their outdated website into a modern, emotionally impactful, and conversion-focused donation platform.

The previous website lacked emotional appeal, was outdated in design, and had poor usability on mobile devices. The donation flow was confusing, and users couldn't clearly understand the impact they were making.

The goal of this redesign was to create a donation-focused layout that encourages action through clear, compelling call-to-actions strategically placed across the site. Building user trust and transparency was prioritized by showcasing real-time donation stats, media mentions, and impactful imagery.

Storytelling played a key role, with emotionally resonant visuals and concise content designed to communicate the urgency and importance of each cause. The donation process was streamlined with pre-set options, intuitive forms, and minimal friction to ensure users could contribute effortlessly.

Emergency cases were given special visual treatment through urgency indicators like red backgrounds, goal progress bars, and high-impact imagery to immediately capture attention and drive action.
