The Goat Standard is a natural skincare brand built around the powerful healing benefits of goat milk, created to provide gentle, effective solutions for sensitive skin. The idea for the brand was born from a personal story—when the founders’ son experienced severe eczema, they tried everything to help soothe his skin. It wasn’t until they discovered goat milk soap that they saw a real change. Inspired by this transformation, they set out to create a brand that could bring the same relief to others facing similar skin struggles.​

The Goat Standard focuses on high-quality, organic ingredients that are safe for all ages and skin types. Every product is crafted with care, offering a balance between simplicity and effectiveness, without the steep price tag often found in premium skincare. The brand’s mission is to make natural healing accessible, while also keeping sustainability at its core through eco-friendly choices in both product formulation and packaging.

The branding centers around a custom cartoon-style goat wearing a cowboy hat — a playful nod to Texas roots and represents the origin story behind the brand.

The primary logo features a happy, cartoon-style goat paired with a clean wordmark, while a flexible system of secondary logos and goat icons adds variety and versatility across digital and print.

A warm, soft color palette with lavender, white, and sage green supports the gentle, natural positioning, while bold, modern typography (Vonder Clean, Stacion, and Montserrat) creates clarity and balance.

The packaging design features minimal, clean layouts with plenty of white space and pops of friendly illustrations, giving the brand an honest and inviting vibe.
